If, despite all good care, you still encounter a problem covered by the warranty, you can get int touch with our customer service department: ww.cc@berghoffworldwide.com. It’s important to always keep your invoice or receipt with you after a purchase. Proof of purchase is required to qualify for the warranty! Our customer service will examine the product that is the subject of the complaint and decide at our discretion whether the defect is covered by the warranty. If the product that is the subject of the complaint is covered by the warranty, this product will be replaced with an identical product. If the product is no longer available in the range, we will offer an equivalent product. Only processing costs such as transport and administration costs incurred for a legitimate warranty will be borne by us.

In general, coated cookware typically has a shorter lifespan compared to non-coated cookware. Under normal conditions and with proper care, including using the correct utensils and pan protectors when storing, the non-stick performance can last approximately 2-3 years (with exception of cast iron cookware, which can withstand a lifetime of use). After this period, the non-stick coating may begin to lose its effectiveness, and replacement is recommended. To provide assurance to our customers, BergHOFF Worldwide offers a warranty of 2 years on all non-stick coatings. This warranty underscores our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
